Mr. Wayrynen was involved in the real estate industry as a licensed salesman and licensed agent nominee in charge of real estate for multiple retail projects throughout the greater Vancouver area.

David Wolfin, who is the President of Avino Silver and Gold Mines, learned the mining business from the ground up, starting as a geologists' assistant doing field work in 1986 and later working in a variety of mining-related capacities. Over the last five years, he has been instrumental in financing, investor relations and overall management for the company.

Mr. O'Byrne is President of O'Byrne Resource Management, a Calgary company providing management and consulting services to oil and gas investors and operators. Dr. Hyslop has served in a variety of capacities as a Director, Founder, strategic or financial advisor for over fifty public and private emerging growth companies. Most of these companies were and are, in the areas of Earth Science Resources. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Proginet Corporation (PRGF). He practiced as a medical doctor from 1969 through 1995 and taught Clinical Family Practice at The Faculty of Medicine at UBC. He is now retired from Medicine.

Phillip Piffer is President and CEO of Genesis Fueltech Inc., a fuel cell and leading fuel processor technology company. He has more than 30 years experience in the energy business, starting with the Canadian subsidiary of The Superior Oil Company (now ExxonMobil). After leaving Superior he became Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of TSE-listed Rupertsland Resources Inc., an oil and gas producer active in both Canada and the United States. He subsequently led the turnaround and sale of the oilfield service company, Nortek Energy Corp. Phillip Piffer then founded and listed on the TSE the natural gas exploration and production company Brigdon Resources Inc., which was recognized by Profit Magazine in 1997 as the fastest growing company in western Canada. He has extensive experience as a management consultant and in the founding, financing and operation of public companies.
