Resignation of Director
 Berkley Resources Inc.'s Dr. Kelly Hyslop has resigned his positions as chairman and director of the company, effective immediately, due to family constraints. The company wishes to thank Dr. Hyslop for his time served and wishes him every success in the future.

Matt Wayrynen will act as interim chairman for the company.
